      Like the owner I work for.

      Inconvénients

      Midas is loosing it's market place trying to track stuff instead on focusing on doing business. Needs more consistent training program.

      Great learning experience, Commission possible, Bereavement and accruing Vacation/Sick time by days per year worked for Sick time/Years worked for Vacation

      Inconvénients

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
