      Avantages

      There is opportunity to make money on commission if you can sell and the guys can push the cars.

      Inconvénients

      The commission didn't match the sales after my first check, and I left before finding out why.

      Great learning experience, Commission possible, Bereavement and accruing Vacation/Sick time by days per year worked for Sick time/Years worked for Vacation

      Inconvénients

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
