      Avantages

      Good exposure to global work as it is a fortune 500 company

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement. Staff are treated like factory workers. Annual leave will be deducted if you fail to clock in on time. No work from home policy but you can work from home if you take leave or MC. Benefits are non-existent to dismal. Be expected to work full time in mandarin and function as a translator.

      Whatever Midea has to offer, don’t go there even if you feel like you have few other options. Or at least ask around how many PMs have quit over the past few years before you even think about becoming one.
