      Overall care for employees. They try to help employees with benifits and faith.

      Inconvénients

      To much over site from upper managers. Employees are not allowed any freedom. To many people trying to run jobs.way to much corporate oversite.

      Avantages

      Very easy to take time off if needed.

      Inconvénients

      Very Christian. Management is over worked and it trickles down to everyone else. Micromanaging to the extreme. Processes are constantly changing. If you don't fit with the Christian ideals don't plan on lasting long.
