      Mike is a great guy and someone I enjoyed working for.

      Inconvénients

      Not everyone is a team player. Its hard to play ball when no one passes it back to you.

      Avantages

      Very easy to take time off if needed.

      Inconvénients

      Very Christian. Management is over worked and it trickles down to everyone else. Micromanaging to the extreme. Processes are constantly changing. If you don't fit with the Christian ideals don't plan on lasting long.
