      Avantages

      Some lovely employees from lower ranks up to Senior Associates.

      Inconvénients

      Disgusting, disgraceful, shameful bullying behaviour by a longstanding Partner in ICP Volume is accepted and tolerated by fellow Partners and Talent, even after numerous reports. The reports range from sexually inappropriate comments, right through to putting down people about their weight, and making heartless comments about people living with disabilities. MINIMAL diversity. A place for the privately educated white male and the odd gay male. Forget multiculturalism or anyone else from other LGBTQI or marginalised communities. Truly a TOXIC environment where you should only go if you wish to be bullied and micromanaged by a cruel and insensitive Partner.

      Avantages

      - Despite being a top-tier, down-to-earth people who don't take themselves too seriously - Partners who genuinely care about the wellbeing of their teams - Ability to learn from some of the best and smartest lawyers in the country - Intellectually stimulating and challenging - Salaries starting to become more competitive - Genuine overseas work opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - Long hours (like any law firm) - Bonus system doesn't always work (if you're the victim of write-offs out of your control) - While partners do genuinely care about the wellbeing of their teams, the work still needs to get done. So while they're still being grateful and appreciative, they're not exactly going to say "please don't sacrifice your night/weekend to get that done", rather they'll say "thank you for sacrificing your weekend to get that done, I really appreciate it".
