      The company is highly focused on a specific emerging market and carries no debt. People know what their job is and everyone is pulling together.

      Inconvénients

      The company is bootstrapped. They can't do everything that they want to. Revenue ramp is slower than hoped for.

      Avantages

      Leading edge technology, diverse team, freedom to share ideas and make decisions, enough flexibility to try new things combined with challenge of meeting financial and business goals. There is a lot of high-quality engineering talent. Management is extremely experienced. I trust the vision.

      Inconvénients

      Taking longer than anticipated to turn around and reach vision. Not a lot of frills, perks or over-the-top benefits. Infrastructure boasts a lot of inefficiencies and many internal procedures are too manual.
