      Avantages

      The only thing is ....Just i had job in Mobinets India office .................i can say just to start your career is fine.......... As far as work perspective they have good product that is in development stage.... not sure...what will happen

      Inconvénients

      No Transport facility for female employees......Not even parking No Work culture Ethics.... No Policy framework on ground No Employee benefits No Salary credit on time ... every month delays in india office as well

      Thank you for your review and comments. In India , We are a lean organization with clear objectives and responsibilities at all levels. This will help everyone to contribute in success . We at Mobinets appreciate every feedback but not the false accusations. We deny all such false accusations w.r.t India Unit, which are just to tarnish the image of company . Culture is created by employees of the company.       Salaries are higher than local companies but not being paid Some nice employees

      Inconvénients

      Every year you will only get almost the half of your salaries and expenses No well-organized hierarchy or middle management at all Egocentric and arrogant higher management who keep giving lair promises Almost all the experienced employees have already left the company because they are not getting paid, and lost all their unpaid salaries. Long and long hours of working By the way, almost all of the positive reviews are fake and written by the management themselves
