Avantages
I've met several good guys and created many friends who are not related to the Shalak Family (CEO Family) which controls the company.
Inconvénients
Very bad environment controlled by a dictator called Labib Shalak (CEO). He thought he knows everything and everybody else knows nothnig. He treated the employees as slaves taking advantage of the situation in north Lebanon and the lack of opportunities. Employees are forced to work late during night, weekend, holidays. Salaries are always late. You may not get the salary your were promised before joining the company. Employees are forced to pay there hotel & expenses during travel missions. No Cash money is provided and you may be reimbursed in 3 or 4 months or even more. If you decide to leave the company forget about your money (expenses, late salaries, promised bonus, unpaid vacation...). You have simply to divorce your social/family life before you join the company. The CEO is the only decision maker in this company. Even senior and management level employees are badly treated and several times humiliated and accused for wrong decisions taken by himself. This guy is danger and has connections. He used it once to arrest one of the x-employees. He is a big liar. He cheated the customers and promised them what he cannot deliver until he signed the PO then he never finish the project. For several years NON of the project was closed. Presently the company is in a very bad situation after they lost several projects. There is one rumor from inside that they will cut 30% of the company. Another rumor that they will go announce bankruptcy soon.
