Avantages
- Location was close to home.
Inconvénients
- Salary was not matching my skills. Everyone feels underpaid in the company.
- The company is not growing steadily so opportunities for growth and salary increase become very competitive.
- The company is EXTREMELY bureaucratic so don't expect an environment that supports innovation.
- Don't join their call center with the hope that when when a job opens up, you'll be transferred. It's a very competitive environment and some people get stuck at the call center for years and experience slow growth.
- The company engages in unethical practices like firing employees who have developed medical problems from working there.
- There's no system in the company.
- The hierarchy is terrible so young employees are not given good opportunities for growth.
- Not all departments are mother-friendly
