      No work-life balance. Managers might call sometimes on weekend. Management unnecessarily involved in team's task and ask things directly to developers, which is not proper workflow.

      Avantages

      Management is very supportive, liberty of work from home in a pandemic situation is very helpful for employees. Definitely, a great company to work with friendly & cooperative team members.
