Avantages
have been in the customer service industry (call center, back office, etc) for a little over 15 years, and have never worked in a company like this one. The projects are unique, nothing like I have ever seen or worked on before, it is a 100% remote company/job that provides services to different companies/enterprises some of them very well known and others smaller or new, you can work just for one or several of them, be part-time or full time up to 60hrs per week, it is up to you, you have a lot of freedom, the work is not stressful, awesome work-life balance. Been there for about 2 years and have been promoted twice, I joined the ModSquad as a Mod (entry-level) then got promoted to Lead and now to APM.
Inconvénients
Perhaps compensation could be better for LATAM projects or offer some other type of incentives.
