      Avantages

      Had a great interview process, everyone was nice and friendly and interesting. Girls like the discount.

      Inconvénients

      Fired after 3 weeks with very little meaningful feedback. My direct manager was gone for 1 out of the 3 weeks I was there. There wasn't any handholding and I had to figure out the rather complicated codebase immediately without much help. It feels like all the information they gave was so that when they fired me they could have some documentation.

      I honesty can't even think of one.

      Inconvénients

      Pay does not match responsibilities. The only way you get promoted is if someone leaves, which means no pay raise. No room for growth.
