      Avantages

      Good money and a great location in Norfolk. It was great to work with smart people that were dedictaed to their craft and work

      Inconvénients

      the owner was a bit odd and disrespectful to employees and even potential clinets

      Avantages

      Great people to work with. Get every other Friday off. Constant opportunities to learn a lot in the IT field.

      Inconvénients

      Some people can’t handle not being spoon fed because it does require a lot of figuring out new problems.

      - The hiring process was simple and quick

      Inconvénients

      - Toxic workplace environment - Management is insulated and does not care about the concerns of employees - Low pay compared to competition - Clearly a profit driven company that will gladly treat their employees as commodities while spewing their nonsense “corporate values”
