The company often delays salary payments, sometimes crediting them after the 20th. Arrears are not provided, and PF contributions are delayed for months. There is no proper WFH option; only 2 WFH days are allowed with strict rules, such as not taking them on Monday's or Friday to combining them with leaves or public holidays.
