      Where to start; management, product, overall toxic culture. Early stage companies run like this tend to have high employee churn and low client retention; check, check.

      Got a few Christmas gifts.

      Inconvénients

      Was lied to during the interview process and setup to fail. Never received a performance review or was given any kind of warning before my backstabbing/termination less than 3 months into the job. Their culture is centered around serial narcissists and their enablers.
