Avantages
Your bosses can be real chill, but if they are in threat of looking like the dont know something or that they messed up, you will go right under the bus.
Inconvénients
They hire anyone and will not fire them almost under any circumstance. MacroManaging is another thing that needs to stop. They try to tell all of the stores to function the same and practically use the same sales pitch to customers who come in. I've had people get confrontational with me on more than one occasion because " all of ya'll keep asking me the same thing". Uniforms are also unnecessary, other Sporting goods stores do just fine without them...
