What was there not to like about Modern Office Methods. The company, culture and the people were all great. By far the best organization I have ever worked for in my 20+ year career.
Compared to manufacturing, food and retail services this is a much less stressful environment. Leadership generally listens and doesn't set unrealistic expectations. Rewards good effort with honesty and doesn't punish you for lack of training/knowledge/experience. Understands that your condition/stress is visible to customers and is in their interest to keep that positive image with you and the customers as best as possible. Does not tolerate abusive behavior from customers
Inconvénients
Slow to hire. Bonus opportunities can be rewarding, but some problem customers can harm your opportunity and it's not always within your control/ability.
