Perspective commerciale
Avantages
They care about their employees and make them want to stay. There are many social activities the company pays for. The schedule is also wonderful with flex time and halfdays on Friday by front loading early in the week. Everyone wants to see you succeed and make good engineering designs.
Inconvénients
Sometimes, especially as a project manager or experienced engineer the workload can be a lot from what I've seen. Between multiple projects in CA and a few in design it can be difficult to complete everything in 40 hours each week. Overtime is not offered as a salaried employee.
