      Avantages

      - Opportunity for recognition if you do well - Diversity and inclusion top notch - Looking to take an antiquated process and bringing it to the 21st century

      Inconvénients

      - Product growth and new tools seemed to have stalled out - Acquisition of Compass seemed to have handcuffed the company - Platform was not as impactful to agents as expected - often created more issues when closing teams did not update items - Became more or less a digital check list - High turnover - Cold call culture for a relationship based industry - Pays is low for industry standard

      Avantages

      •Fast-growing and scaling real estate tech startup with HUGE market potential •Being a part of building an organization, product, and culture from the ground up is immensely rewarding––especially for a product that eliminates waste and time in people's lives and will change how real estate transactions are done •Virtually unlimited career growth opportunities and plenty of challenging problems to solve •Teammates and senior management that are focused not just on scaling and success, but their employees's long-term personal/professional development and happiness •Positive, inclusive, trusting, and transparent culture where everyone is encouraged to participate in pushing the company's envelope forward and bring their full selves to work. Modus puts their money where their mouth is on this one.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to think of any––this may depend on personal taste and tolerance for near-constant change. It's certainly a startup, and a fast-growing one at that. If you don't have the attitude or aptitude for constant change and a challenge, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
