      Inconvénients

      Time is wasted on internal power struggles; infighting occurs at every level. This characterizes the traditional Chinese factory/school management and operational model. When superiors steal credit, they directly undermine the hard work and contributions of their team members. Insulting them further erodes any semblance of respect and creates a deeply hostile dynamic. Trust, a fundamental element for effective teamwork and leadership, is completely destroyed.

      Avantages

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Inconvénients

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
