Avantages

Benefits are reasonable and there are good employees who really want to make a difference in the healthcare space.

Inconvénients

Culture is very negative and not what is presented at time of hire. There is no real opportunity for advancement within the company. Employee input is irrelevant, not valued by Senior Management and viewed as a roadblock. Salaries are well below market value. The workload is extreme. Employees are working in an environment where they do not feel appreciated and respect for others is lacking. Conflict resolution is less than desirable and there is no safe haven for employees to go to with concerns. Bonus structure is not concrete. There is a lack of integrity throughout Senior Management. They say they have metrics to determine eligibility but the decision is made based on if you are someone that is a "friend" of the CFO or owner not based on performance. Final note - customers are not valued.

Avantages

Great benefits including a nice 401k match

Inconvénients

Internally research salaries nationally and hit the bottom 1-5% nationally unless above middle management. Then they will hit 75% of national average or greater. So focused on 'growth' offers massive bonuses to employees from competitors. Offers huge bonuses ever year to top VPs and cuts 401k year after year. Depending on department and politics advancement internally is easy or impossible. Formerly a small 'family owned' company now feels like every other corporate grind. Complete a degree and get offered 2% merit while millions are doled out in bonuses.
