      Avantages

      -ski pass -good people (though most have left)

      Inconvénients

      This organization has a lot of potential, but is currently under poor leadership. Since I was hired, there has been consistent and frequent turnover in the staff, the Americorps members, and even the board members. I do not recommend doing your Americorps service here until there is some serious structural change.

      -lovely and caring staff -flexible hours if needs are communicated clearly -genuine connection with mission obvious in everyone -small and tight and community
