The whole team is a pleasure to work with. Management offers clear and cohesive guidance on any projects or tasks. The CEO always creates the space for creativity and collaboration of new ideas. The compensation and benefits are also great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Working remote during the pandemic was difficult, but they have always been very quick to accommodate to their employees' needs and make working at Move Matcher as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Move Matcher. The leadership team fosters a hard-working, but fun environment that helps employees to reach their goals. Additionally, I found that Move Matcher truly strived to provide the best possible customer experience for moving companies/properties and customers using the website. Because it’s a smaller company, employees get the opportunity to be creative and make a difference. The moving industry doesn’t have the best reputation, but Move Matcher is making a difference by only working with quality companies. Not only are they helping to make moving easier, but they’re helping customers find reputable companies.

I didn’t see any cons at Move Matcher, but left the company to change career paths.
