-Salary will be credited on 1st or 2nd of the month -Never got the quaterly Variable pay in full -Short term projects and highly volatile environment - Too many experienced candidates occupying their role in organization for 15-20 years with less package and as a result environment is not competitive enough to get projects from clients -Poor bench management team! Once you're out of project you'll be treated like a criminal and anytime they will turn you into a scape goat, whoever has inside contacts only can get projects easily. Particularly if you're a technically sound resource in bench and new to the organization only god can save you here. Even in your bench connect calls, you'll get a harsh response for basic questions.
