      Avantages

      Night shift was laid back, the employees were nice.

      Inconvénients

      Company culture. What do you expect from an investment firm. Shareholder profits above everything else. In order to get a decent raise, you had to threaten to leave. They forced people into retirement. Corporate BS was everywhere. No room to move up in the company.

      Avantages

      Good benefits package. Room to advance and grow. Excellent floor leadership. Excellent shift premiums. Overtime generally available but not mandatory.

      Inconvénients

      Alot of the work is dependent on 1 particular customer. Things can slow down quickly. However, if you are willing to travel North into their other locations there is generally work available at other facilities.

      Management literally doesn't care about you, and doesn't want to understand what you do.
