Easy to get in the company even you are entry level or don't know anything about media.
Small company lets you explore different positions.
Inconvénients
Only good for entry level (first 1-3 years), lack of advancements. Most of the position are filled and no colleagues will ever advanced else where, or change to another company. So an entry level will always stay entry level. A part time will always stay part time. Your skill set won't advance to higher level, not necessary to teach you because you will not get advanced. You will explore different position. But that only limited in "explore." There is no in-depth skill training.
