      There are some really nice long-term staff

      Senior management are a total mess with poor leadership. No real career progression, or renumeration advancement. No investment into culture or infrastructure.

      Day to day is easy Small team

      Inconvénients

      Poor onboarding & Training No career advancement opportunities Commission/Bonus are structured as un-achievable. Even if you hit targets the percentage of commission is considerably below industry standards.
