Avantages

Never join this company at all even you are not getting any other job.

Inconvénients

I got a campus placement there as a software engineer trainee, with no salary. It's a very small X company hardly with 20 employees. My family was financially unstable that time i was not able to stay in PG or not afford to travel daily. They used me nicely for 6 months, it was time for performance reviews. HR said that CEO is not satisfied with my performance so they planned to increase the probationary period to 3 more months. I accepted and started to work very hard for 12 hours a day. End of another three months again performance review meets are happening. He again said he & her wife are not satisfied with my performance and increase probation period with a very low salary 6K per month, which was so humiliating. And, all in this period they got me all worked- Dcumentation, presentation, testing & data entries etc which was even not listed in my profile work. After some time, I came to know that the company CEO is not interested to give hike at the end of the probationary period for employees. So he fired probationary completed, employees and recruited freshers to get the same work done with low salary i.e 5-6k per month. Thankfully now I am in a good position in a good company earning 60k per month.

Avantages

The CEO, Euan Blair, is an inspiring leader who speaks with a ton of conviction and authenticity. Also the scrappiness of the start up led to the ability to gain solid work experience and explore new ideas.

Inconvénients

Business strategy is in complete disarray, especially for the US expansion - which is completely flopping as they just laid off 1/3 of their US staff. Constant pivots, communication breakdowns everywhere you look, unreasonable expectations and pressure, misalignment across senior leadership team, inability to innovate the product or stand up against existing competitors in the market, and missing revenue targets year after year.
