      - Some departments are well run, although dependent on the manager - Benefits

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of funding for mission critical services - "Equity" isn't being practiced in real-time, as County Chair dictates decisions - Burnout rampant through departments - Lack of accountability - many employees are still in their positions solely based on longevity, rather than accountability and merit - Constant department restructuring

      Love the fantastic benefits and the yearly cost of living increases

      Inconvénients

      Union contract negotiations move slowly so the annual increases can talk a while to be in effect

      Avantages

      Like anywhere you work. If you have a good boss then this place is okay. Management is clueless in regards to technology and have zero incentive to learn.

      Inconvénients

      Technology is improving but IT department gets incentives to say no to you. Simple things take forever because no one in IT has ever actually worked in a real IT company.
