      Avantages

      It is a nice place to work for the beginners. They will be able to work with the newest technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Development process highly depends on the project. On some projects I was unsatisfied with manager's expertise. There were a lot of unpaid overtimes. In the company there were no professional grow for senior engineers.
