      Avantages

      It was totally negative experience. I will not highlight anything positive because I am not fake and I don't lie.

      Inconvénients

      The attitude of those at the top level was biased. These arrogant people favored some employees(the laziest ones) and allowed them to sit around doing nothing for weeks. The rest of the employees had to work stressful and exhausting hours to complete the work. It was ridiculous and created feelings of hostility.

      Avantages

      Mursion has a strong mission, an exciting product, and some of the most talented and empathetic people I've worked with. The company is innovating quickly, especially around AI, while still keeping the human central. There are high levels of autonomy and trust given by leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Like any high-growth company, there can be times when the workload is quite high.
