Inconvénients

* Has Mr Vijay Kesvan as CEO of Musafir India PVT LTD. * Hr department is the worst I have ever seen in my life. * Management does not pay your variable pay. * Musafir India PVT LTD will hire you when they are in need and fire you when their mission is accomplished. * Uses their UAE brand name to get resources on board in India. * IT department head is a puppet. * Salary is not paid on time. * I bet you can not get your dues cleared from Musafir India PVT LTD. * In a summary Musafir India PVT LTD is bad do not take any chances, if you get an opportunity in UAE you can still opt. * Now they are rolling out videos explaining how their employees are, but that is not the fact, this is all marketing strategy.

Very bad organisation it's more than LA La company

Inconvénients

I do not recommend this company. The work environment is highly stressful, with constant micromanagement from leadership. Employees are not treated with respect, regardless of their role, and there is little support from HR. Working here can seriously affect your mental well-being. Unless you are prepared to handle continuous pressure and a challenging culture, it’s better to consider other options.

More focus on professionalism, leadership training, and open communication would greatly improve the workplace culture.
