Not all the companies are looking for continuous improvement in order to address problems related to company growth and other factors. - Opinions from everyone are important because feedback is really appreciable

- Salaries should be transparent and visible for everyone. - Career path is not well adjusted because the distribution of people in every role and specially considering the seniority/antiquity is poorly stablished but I am pretty sure that they will be looking for the solution in order to improve it. Note: Many of the cons are related to company growth in a few years, they decided not to fire people during the layoff period (really appreciable, right?) and this affected the company's macroeconomics that is actually going better.
