Inconvénients
Immature leadership that only cares about advancing their own career and treats employees as “disposable”. Heavy on the “sales” side and has multiple departments that only serve to “schmooze” the customers (Partner Care, Partner Success, Partner Experience)…..when what customers want and need is a product that actually works! Tech Support is continuously short staffed and treated as an afterthought in their business agenda; despite negative customer feedback, high turnover and a high backlog in Engineering. The MSP’s refer to the company as “Dis-able”. Little focus on people development, a lack of training, angry customers, always short staffed (layoffs, frequent firings, and people being treated unfairly and unethically with retaliation that was witnessed ), and employees are “told” they need to work holidays if they don’t volunteer. The senior management team is not respected at all, for they are seen as an incompetent and incestuous “click”, that only promotes their own, and are not concerned about actually fixing anything. These people spend most of their time posting everything they do on social media and if they spent half that time fixing things instead of touting their own accomplishments every second they might actually have a chance to be a “real” company.
