      Avantages

      - Benefits are okay - Work is usually straightforward - Managers take more of a hands off approach - Decent amount of PTO/ Holidays

      Inconvénients

      - Low Wage - Little to no opportunities to move up in the company - High Turn over - General disconnect between upper management & employees - Understaffed

      Avantages

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      Inconvénients

      During the pandemic was difficult to meet with clients.

      Avantages

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Inconvénients

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
