      Some nice staff, remote work available

      Inconvénients

      Higher up does not care for the overall wellbeing of their staff. Over worked No room for growth, raises Care more about numbers and money than staff and clients Higher ups have no concern for the safety of staff when it comes to difficult/dangerous clients

      Avantages

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      Inconvénients

      During the pandemic was difficult to meet with clients.

      Avantages

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Inconvénients

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
