Avantages
Working in entertainment is exciting, and I believe the people at this company are great - or at least some of them. Relationship buiding is a must and has helped me with career choices and advancements
Inconvénients
THEY ARE CHEAP - beyond belief. They think it is an honor to work for the company. HR is the WORST FUNCTION EVER - they contstantly lie about everything. You can't trust one thing that they say. A lot of the employees talk about how some of the HR professionals shouldn't be in the positions they are in and they need professional development to learn how to work with people.
