Avantages
Big entertainment company - exposed to many technologies - Potential opportunities to move around in the company - If you are on the management track, many training opportunities exist. Due to its very fast paced process and numerous projects you get to become more creative to handle the workload.
Inconvénients
Very Political environment with pretty incompetent management. It's a fraternal environment and you have to be part of the click in order to get promoted. Overwhelming volume of work and they don't give any importance to technical staff in IT - since they look at technical staff as disposable and replaceable by very aggressive outsourcing that they do. High expectation with none or very minimal compensation in return.
