The company is a near monopoly leader in its sector with more than 90% of market share in India. The company's network among trade VCPs and farmers all across the country is hard to match.
Inconvénients
The company works in a highly regulated environment which poses serious limitations in breaking new glass ceilings. There is a very little awareness about the company's scope of work among policymakers which poses grave challenges before the company to keep up its business.
