Avantages

Good expose by regular technical and sales training. Company invest lot in educated team with application and product knowledge

Inconvénients

Hire and fire policy specially in sales team, no ethics and policy for retaining people. Micro monitoring and excess reporting which add more load on sales team. Low salaries as compare to other global companies in India. All Authority with Director sale only. No authority with regional mangers in India. Rude and arrogant behavioral issue from sales management. For training they ask to sign bonds and agreement.

Avantages

Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

Inconvénients

1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
