Avantages
Unlikely to ever get fired, easy culture, life is super simple, despite low pay. Not a place for people who want to grow or excel, just for people who want to coast and believe more in playing politics than actual work.
Inconvénients
Doesn't believe in pay increases proportional to market, and 0 career progression or recognition exists. People there have a don't disturb the rice bowl mindset, very few want to challenge themselves, very sad to see. Also bogged down heavily by their service provider (***apxe), which is scamming the whole healthcare community but there's no choice. Also there is so much politics playing to the point of it's 80% of the work you do.
