      Avantages

      Pay is decent, within industry norms. Benefits are good They support virtual offices because much of the work requires travel to project sites. Noresco is now a part of UTC under Carrier Corporation, which offers stability.

      Inconvénients

      Noresco used to be a technically innovative company. Now, the engineering is so conservative that even widely accepted technologies are refused. New technologies are not even considered. Process has replaced planning. Management decrees have replaced open dialog.

      Avantages

      Great people, learn a lot, and the possibility to move within the company. You have a small company feel, but they're owned by Carrier, so you get better benefits.

      Inconvénients

      You can be thrown into a project from the start without knowing their systems.
