      Avantages

      Flexible hours, decent salary and benefits (for a nonprofit), ability to work overtime, opportunity to attend educational and interesting events, such as briefings and rallies.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic and unprofessional work environment-especially poor behavior from senior officers and staff members to junior staff and interns, conflicting values (what the organization says they do versus how some staff and members behave), dysfunctional office-no formal HR department or processes, etc.

      Avantages

      I loved my co-workers. They make the job worth having.

      Inconvénients

      The management is entirely incompetent and cruel. They demand more and more hours from you, without allowing you the leniency to leave during family emergencies of deaths in the family, you have to take PTO time for bereavement days, and they will demand that you put your job above yourself and your family.
