The people I worked with directly were great, and I've stayed in touch with them after leaving.
Inconvénients
2020 showed the true colours of the company. When people were being urged to work from home, we were told this wasn't an option for us, even if you could do your whole job remotely. People were even threatened with being sacked just for asking to work from home.
Despite having a full team of people around him, the MD seems to struggle to trust people and doesn't treat his team with respect at all. Everyone is expendable.
Old Mill Town mentality, with old fashioned views on gender roles (company of 40 odd, only 4 women), race, sexuality, a lot of gossips, even in higher management
