      Avantages

      Ability to work both independently and in a group, lots of hands-on lab work, fast paced environment where your input is valued to solve engineering problems, helpful coworkers that are easy to get along with

      Inconvénients

      A good amount of data collection is required for interns - must have patience to do some monotonous tasks such as grinding and polishing metallographic samples, hardness testing, and conductivity testing.

      The company is small (few employees) and start-up, so you get lots of hands-on work and see your work make an impact.

      Inconvénients

      Start-up means the pay isn't the greatest. Also means that there were limits to what we could do, no matter how creative you are.
