Can’t think of anything positive about this place – at all!

The biggest problem is the President. He is obnoxious and rude and overbearing. He is the definition of micromanagement and he has a nasty temper. Barely gets out a sentence without swearing and it us usually directed at his employees. There were some huge red flags in the interview but I was desperate to work in my field. I was basically told that team members are on call ALL THE TIME and must pick up whenever he calls. And if he so desires, you will work evenings, weekends and holidays for no extra pay. The owner has no idea about personal time or space. He will dangle a raise or a bonus – don’t be fooled the other guys told me they got less than 2%. The salary is so far below industry standard I can’t believe anyone works there. The job was really mostly admin work and doing errands for the boss. I was forced to watch weeks of silly videos that were supposed to be training. Every video had different people in it because no one ever stays there long. I was made to move to Cambridge and yelled at for three months and then fired right before my probation was done. I was getting ill from the constant stress of working at this job. The entire team lives in fear of upsetting him and generally puts up with the abuse. This is a terrible company to work at. Just look elsewhere and save yourself from the insanity.

Colleges are friendly other than that no pros

This was the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire career. I never want to work for a company like this again. The owner treats employees as if they are slaves, creating a toxic work environment. He expects us to deliver based solely on his thoughts without proper communication or direction. He never accepts his mistake and he makes lots of mistakes and blames the employee and he doesn’t have a stable mind. I think he has some mental illness. He yells at employees using abusive words. he If you want to join the company you will lose your mental health and will have to feel stress all the time. They hire people fire them and play with employees' life and dream. If the company wants to grow, the company needs to fire the company boss. Worst boss and worst company Please don’t play with employee's life and dream or else please don’t hire them.
