      Good company pay isn’t great there are many optical where pay is better. But the work atmosphere where I work is awesome

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Inconvénients

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
