      Avantages

      Relaxed work environment, flexible hours, great people. The working environment can be fast paced, but is friendly and fun. Ability to move up through the ranks.

      Inconvénients

      Tendency to rush into decisions. Looks for results without letting projects breathe. Too many meetings and email threads.
