      Avantages

      Had a positive impression right from day one - very easy to integrate into the culture and with the people. A super international, open, and respectful environment that functions on trust. The people and company both demonstrate empathy towards the employees' personal lives as well, ticking the crucial box of enabling a positive work-life balance. Good work is always recognized and celebrated, while a lot of support pours in when something goes wrong!

      Inconvénients

      Not many tangible competitive perks and benefits compared to some other companies.

      Avantages

      Awesome company to work for. The product and people are incredible. As a salesperson I don’t have to lie or embellish. The product and software are so good I literally just call people and tell them all about it. It sells itself and I like that even the hardware that they stopped manufacturing years ago still gets updates and releases so it keeps a good relationship with customers. Definitely the best sales job out there as a BDS.

      Inconvénients

      None. Maybe if you didn’t like travel long term because there is more as you progress but I like it so not a con for me.
